Description: Power is being restored early Friday morning to customers in eastern Sioux Falls. An outage affecting 7,600 customers was reported at around 11:30 p.m. Thursday. By 2 p.m., only 1,500 were without power. Police on the scanner reported power went out around 11:20 p.m. in the area of 26th Street and Sycamore Avenue and extended south toward 57th Street. No power was reported east of Cleveland Avenue. Other areas without power included Harmodon Park, the eastside Walmart, Washington High School and parts of Brandon.
