Description: Video captured near Superior, Nebraska shows a tornado touch down near the city Sunday. The National Weather Service said the tornado was only on the ground for a few minutes and caused minor damage. Officials recorded that the tornado touched down around 6:03 p.m. about 5 miles north of Superior off Hwy 136. It lifted up at 6:09 p.m. only traveling about 4 miles. Residents tell WOWT 6 News tornado mostly caused damage to trees. NWS officials said they have received no reports of injuries. Sunday evening, strong thunderstorms moved across eastern Nebraska and western Iowa.
